The Program
A group program for women in transitional periods who want to regain energy, find calm again, and feel guided and supported through change.
Over 8 weeks, you'll work through the pillars of health that most influence how you feel at this stage: daily routine, nervous system, rest, food, emotional health, body, relationships and life direction.
The Method
Strength, mobility and daily movement to regain muscle, protect your bones and feel strong from the inside out.
Real food, less inflammation, stable energy. Eating habits that fit your life — no diets, no punishment.
Breathwork, active meditation and rest to calm the nervous system so transformation can actually land.
How it works
A non-negotiable foundation: daily movement, breathing, real food, less toxins and screens. Then a weekly plan of micro-habits — pick 1 to 4.
A 15-minute guided practice combining functional movement, breathwork and meditation to embody the theme of the week.
Daily WhatsApp support, weekly trackers and a 1.5h group Zoom every week. If you stumble, the pack catches you.

The word bare means naked, essential, without unnecessary layers. BARE Woman literally means essential woman — an invitation to remove everything that distances us from who we really are: external noise, expectations, identities we built to fit in.
I'm Melissa Sapmaz. I'm 45, mother of three. I accompany processes of conscious transformation that start in the body and reach the soul.
Born in Istanbul, raised in Barcelona, I've lived in San Francisco, Chile, Mallorca and Singapore. Each place taught me that the real home is inside.
For years I looked outside for answers — studies, travels, achievements — until I understood transformation doesn't come from adding more, but from returning to the essential.
My work today is rooted in Re+Care, the pilot program I designed in Singapore in 2022, integrating science, weekly habits and somatic practices to help my circle of women regain energy and clarity. BARE Reset was born from that experience.
